Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. (TMAM) is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain heating, hot water, and cooling systems across our residential properties.

The role reports to the Site Manager and involves coordinating daily tasks, performing repairs, and ensuring safe, efficient building operation. The ideal candidate will handle preventive maintenance, service appliances, and assist with unit turnovers.

Qualifications

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment; ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Provide and maintain building heat and air-conditioning functions, including safety and repairs.
• Report health or safety issues to the Site Manager and coordinate daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and service electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Turn over vacated units including furniture removal.
• Clean and maintain common areas, fixtures, and laundry facilities.
• Deliver appliances to units as needed and perform preventive maintenance.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights up to 20 feet.
