Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain heating and hot water systems across the property.

You will work under the Site Manager, performing preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to building HVAC and related equipment to ensure safe, reliable service for residents. The role includes turning over units, maintaining common areas, and timely reporting of safety issues.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform maintenance and repairs on building systems including heating, a/c, electrical equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties as needed.
• Must be able to climb ladders to heights up to 20 feet.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation and continuous hot water service.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas as required.
• Turn over units when vacated, including furniture removal.
• Report safety issues to the Site Manager promptly and keep work orders updated.
