Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Caretaker I to maintain clean, welcoming community spaces and prepared units, underpinning resident and guest satisfaction. You will clean lobbies, laundry rooms, hallways, and vacant apartments; replace light bulbs; perform snow removal; manage supplies; and interact positively with residents while following safety and fair housing guidelines.

This role requires reliability, ability to work independently, and willingness to cover additional shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Capable of performing essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work nights and weekends on request.
• Proficient in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and orderly lobbies, office areas, elevators, entryways and hallways.
• Maintain laundry and storage rooms in pristine condition.
• Replace light bulbs in lobbies, elevators, entryways, hallways, or stairwells.
• Thoroughly clean vacant apartments and prepare them for the next resident.
• Empty trash receptacles and keep areas free of debris.
