Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to attend and pass company paid certification courses (e.g., pool operators, boilers license and EPA certification).

Responsibilities

• Ensure apartment meets company standards; perform repairs as directed.
• Assist with timely apartment-ready turns; perform repairs, painting, cleaning.
• Complete maintenance service requests and document status.
• Assist/repair various fixtures, plumbing, and appliances.
• Conduct daily grounds and common area maintenance; snow/ice removal as needed.
