Qualifications

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends, and to be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and orderly lobbies, common areas, and vacant units.
• Perform winter maintenance and snow removal as needed.
• Replace light bulbs and perform minor repairs to improve property quality.
• Interact with residents professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Complete paperwork such as service requests and timesheets.
