Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Two or more years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily maintenance functions and train staff.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct safety training.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract/work orders.
• Oversee housekeeping and staff scheduling and performance.
