• Experience coordinating across sales, installation and permitting teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local permit processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation programs with Sales and Install Manager to streamline processes.
• Oversee full job lifecycle from sales handoff to completion for a one-day installation when possible.
• Secure permits via local portals and ensure compliance with Electrical, Plumbing, Zoning, Wetlands and Building requirements.
