This role supports the Home Services Division by coordinating residential generator installations and related service projects from sale to completion. You will schedule installations, obtain permits, coordinate inspections, and assist field teams to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general computer systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Schedule residential generator installations and related project activities.
• Coordinate installation dates with homeowners, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively communicate updates.
• Ensure projects are prepared and ready before installation begins.
• Create and manage projects in ServiceTitan and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor project statuses and ensure information remains up to date.
