Job summary

Adams, Inc. in Hazelhurst, WI is seeking a Project Support Specialist to help coordinate residential generator installation projects from sale to completion. You will schedule installations, obtain permits, and coordinate inspections while supporting field teams to keep projects on time and within scope.

This role is office-based in Hazelhurst with occasional project-site visits. You will maintain project records, upload documents, and communicate with homeowners to deliver a professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general computer systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Schedule residential generator installations and related project activities.
• Coordinate installation dates with homeowners, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively communicate updates.
• Ensure projects are prepared and ready before installation begins.
• Obtain all required municipal, county, and state permits.
• Coordinate permit applications and permit fee processing.
• Schedule and track inspections with local authorities.
• Create and manage projects in ServiceTitan; maintain documentation.
• Submit Diggers Hotline requests and coordinate utility requirements.
