Qualifications

• Experience with permitting in construction, electrical, or generator industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with South Florida municipal permitting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the permitting process for residential and commercial generator and electrical installations.
• Prepare and submit permit applications to local municipalities, tracking approvals and inspections through completion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jurisdictional requirements and code changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and building departments to resolve permit-related issues.
• Log and organize all permit documentation and inspection outcomes in our project management system.
• Support the operations team by ensuring timelines are met and compliance is maintained.
