Job summary

HELP seeks an experienced Electrical Manager to lead residential service and installation operations, manage daily department activities, and develop a high-performing team focused on safety and quality.

You will drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction by optimizing scheduling, labor productivity, job costing, and KPI monitoring, while partnering with sales and operations to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical industry, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Residential electrical service and installation experience preferred.
• Master Electrician license as required by state and local regulations.
• Ability to lead and develop electricians and apprentices.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Experience with estimating, project planning, and KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with field service software and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop electricians and apprentices; manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, permitting requirements, and safety standards; oversee inspections and quality control.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, job costs, labor productivity, and KPIs to improve department efficiency and results.
• Collaborate with sales, estimating, and operations on job scopes, pricing, planning, and resources.
• Oversee escalated service issues and promote quality workmanship and professional communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and department effectiveness.
