Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) is seeking an Order Processor to coordinate residential interior finishes projects, including flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and related products. You will manage project documentation, process orders, and communicate with internal teams, customers, and vendor partners to keep projects on time and profitable.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend, write and speak clearly.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Products: Outlook, Excel, Word
• General understanding of basic computer operations
• Understand and implement basic math skills
• Infallible attendance and impeccable work ethic
• A background in construction and flooring installation is preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage data, documents, and transactions in operating systems.
• Verify job scope and documentation from sales teams for accuracy.
• Utilize customers’ computer scheduling program keeping Installation Coordinators apprised of changes.
• Generate clear and concise diagrams to communicate full scope to production teams.
• Prepare for and resolve unexpected circumstances such as product delays and change orders.
• Communicate technical information, progress, and expectations to builders, customers, production, and sales teams throughout the process.
• Participate in continuing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of installation processes.
