ADG | Artisan Design Group is hiring an Order Processor to setup jobs per builder selections and order materials from POs. This role focuses on accurate order entry, pricing verification, and coordination of materials for ongoing projects.

The position requires a high school diploma and strong communication and computer skills, with the ability to sit at a computer for extended periods in an office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer skills and basic software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate jobs according to builder selections and PO.
• Enter material orders based on PO and quantities.
• Verify pricing on POs and ensure accuracy.
• Review POs for accuracy in materials, quantity and pricing.
