Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative, office coordination, scheduling, customer service, or project support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Permitting & Municipal Coordination: Prepare and submit permit applications, communicate with municipalities, gather documents, track status, coordinate inspections, maintain records.
• Post-Sales Project Coordination: Set up projects in systems, maintain records, track from sale to completion, identify delays, coordinate with teams.
• Installation & Scheduling Support: Schedule installations and inspections, confirm dates, coordinate with crews and subcontractors, update schedules.
• Customer Communication: Provide updates on permitting, scheduling, installation and inspections; set expectations and escalate questions as needed.
• Administrative Support: Maintain customer files, upload documents, monitor open projects, assist with reporting and tracking.
