Adams, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Commercial & Industrial Electrical Division. You will plan, coordinate, and manage projects from award through completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, manpower, and customer relationships.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, and travel to jobsites across Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Wisconsin electrician license is preferred; OSHA 30 is a plus, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial electrical construction experience.
• Project management experience required.
• Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred (not required).
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract award through completion.
• Develop project schedules, manpower plans, and procurement strategies.
• Monitor budgets, labor productivity, and project profitability.
• Manage change orders and contract modifications.
• Coordinate customers, contractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support business growth.
• Visit jobsites regularly to monitor progress and support field teams.
