Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and/or 2+ years of residential experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement staff schedules to maintain appropriate ratios as per Safety Plan.
• Oversee accurate and timely completion of residential payroll and attendance records.
• Provide training and electronic access for staff to ensure policy implementation via SharePoint.
• Conduct and follow up on annual staff evaluations.
• Provide on-call support as part of the rotation team and participate in interviews and onboarding.
• Ensure documentation, record keeping, and confidentiality across programs.
