Job summary

MAB Community Services in Belmont, MA is seeking an Assistant Residential Coordinator to support individuals with disabilities in their journey toward personal growth and community involvement.

You will work closely with the Residential Coordinator to ensure smooth program operations, lead staff in their absence, manage household budgets, coordinate transportation, and help implement ISPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Valid MA driver’s license and willingness to drive program vehicles.
