Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

• Valid MA driver’s license and willingness to drive program vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Guide staff and maintain safety standards while fostering a positive environment.
• Oversee household budgets, assist with staff scheduling, and coordinate transportation for participants.
• Engage with participants, families, and providers to implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
• Create opportunities for participants to connect and contribute to their communities.
