Job summary

MAB Community Services in Hyde Park, MA is seeking a Residential Coordinator to lead the Residential Counselors and staff teams across the cluster home. You will supervise operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure person-centered planning for adults with disabilities.

You will oversee payroll, training, staff evaluations, on-call coverage, and compliance with medical, financial, and program policies, while cultivating community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of residential experience required.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills required.
• Comfort with computers and learning new reporting software required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision with staff on a biweekly or weekly basis.
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll, attendance records, and training.
• Coordinate staff evaluations and onboarding processes.
• Provide on-call support as part of the rotation.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding and evaluating staff.
• Ensure compliance with medical, financial and clinical protocols.
