Job summary

Mab-Community-Services is seeking a Residential Coordinator in Boston to supervise Residential Counselors and Cluster Home staff, ensuring quality care and person-centered planning. The role focuses on leadership, coordination with community stakeholders, and compliance with safety protocols.

You will manage staff scheduling, payroll, training, and on-call coverage, while maintaining strong relationships with participants, families, and MAP partners. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years of residential experience required.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience required.
• Comfort with computers and ability to learn new reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential Counselors and Cluster Home staff to provide strong leadership.
• Oversee operation of the home and ensure quality care and person-centered planning.
• Develop staff schedules to maintain appropriate ratios and ensure payroll accuracy.
