Job summary

Constructive Partnerships Unlimited in New York is seeking Shift Supervisors to support Residential Programs across the five boroughs. You will assist in ensuring safety and well-being of residents and help implement program plans that promote independence and inclusion.

The role involves coordinating with the Residential Coordinator, supervising direct care staff, and evaluating performance while maintaining compliance with agency policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred in Human Services or related field.
• Three to five years experience in ID/DD field may substitute formal education.
• Knowledge of HCBS Waiver IRA and ICF regulations preferred.
• Shift coverage: 6:00AM-2:00PM, 7:00AM-3:00PM, 2:00PM-10:00PM or 3:00PM-10:00PM; flexible hours required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Compliant with all laws, agency policies, and corporate compliance program; willingness to participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residential Coordinator in care, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Support in setting performance standards and training direct care staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback, guidance, or discipline.
• Help develop and monitor program plans to promote independence and inclusion.
