Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience required.
• Working knowledge of HCBS Waiver IRA and ICF regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all day Direct Care staff on the day shift.
• Schedule routine staff meetings and monitor attendance.
• Hire, evaluate, supervise, and discipline day shift staff.
• Assist in orientation and ongoing training for new staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing and complete safety drills as required.
• Complete site inspections and generate purchase/work orders as needed.
• Maintain supplies and monitor financial ledgers weekly.
• Prepare staff and paperwork for medical appointments and transport.
• Oversee daily meals and housekeeping coordination.
• Assist with program plans and ensure activities promote independence and inclusion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
