Job summary

People Inc. is seeking a Senior Residential Supervisor candidate to oversee direct care staff during absences and guide designated shifts in our New York program. Responsibilities include instruction of daily living activities, menu planning, and documentation to support residents' goals.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR and SCIP-R certifications, and a valid driver's license, with emphasis on safety and community relations. On-site position with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• CPR certification and SCIP-R certification as per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care staff in Senior Residential Supervisor's absence and provide oversight on shifts.
• Schedule and oversee tasks/activities for residents and household staff.
• Assist with staff development, coaching, feedback, and corrective action.
• Provide instruction and supervision of daily living activities including hygiene, diet, and menu planning.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure timely reporting of incidents.
