Job summary

Hammer & NER is seeking a Program Manager to direct daily operations of a residential program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will oversee medical, financial, social, and emotional needs, ensure licensing compliance, and lead a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include supervision, budgeting, training, scheduling, and quality assurance, while advancing person-centered, Relational, Opportunistic and Stewardship values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field plus 1 year of full-time experience in developmental disabilities; or two-year degree plus 2 years of experience; or alternative education/experience as specified.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, organizational, and reporting skills; able to meet deadlines.
• Flexible full-time schedule including some evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight, technical guidance, and feedback to staff.
• Lead staff meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Manage licensing compliance and ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
• Participate in budget development and monitor expenses.
• Assist with program operations, scheduling, and care plans as needed.
