Job summary

Hammer & NER is seeking a Program Manager to direct daily operations in a community-based residential program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will oversee medical, financial, social, and emotional needs of individuals served and ensure licensing compliance.

The role includes supervising Direct Support Professionals and coordinating with families and interdisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social services or related field with required field experience or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Direct Support Professionals and Lead Direct Support Professionals.
• Oversee program operations, licensing, and compliance.
• Collaborate with individuals served, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality services.
• Manage program budget, staffing, and scheduling.
