Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Ohio is seeking a Program Manager on call responsible for coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities, including medical appointments, housing, and behavior support. The role emphasizes quality engagement, staff supervision, and effective communication with families and county partners.

You will lead Direct Support Professionals, ensure shift coverage, and provide staff training.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required or bachelor’s/master’s degree in a related field.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Supervisory or management experience is required.
Excellent decision-making and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Ensure individuals receive quality services and community engagement.
Coordinate and manage all services for individuals served, including medical appointments and finances.
Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes.
Assist in developing and implementing behavior support strategies and training.
Collaborate with service team for strong communication and customer service.
Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training.
Monitor staffing hours for adequate shift coverage.
Provide excellent customer service to individuals, families, county board and team members.
