Job summary

Hammer & NER is seeking a Program Manager ICS 2 to co-direct a residential program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Minnesota. You will help oversee daily operations, licensing compliance, and the wellbeing of individuals served.

You will co-manage staff, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered services while aligning with Hammer & NER’s values.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social services with 1 year in developmental disabilities to manage an ICF-MR licensed program.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English fluency; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Co-supervise staff and provide performance feedback.
• Oversee program operations and licensing compliance.
