Job summary

Hammer & NER is seeking a Program Manager ICS 1 who co-directs daily operations of an Integrated Community Supports program for adults with developmental disabilities. You will oversee medical, financial, social, and emotional needs, collaborate with families, and supervise direct care staff to ensure services meet licensing requirements and Hammer & NER’s person-centered philosophy.

The role involves co-management with ICS 2, HRIS primary supervision, budget oversight, licensing inspections

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree in social services or related field with at least one year of full-time experience in developmental disabilities to manage a licensed program.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office.

• Provide co-supervisory oversight, technical guidance, and feedback to staff.
• Plan, implement and evaluate programs, services and activities.
