Hammer & NER is seeking a Program Manager ICS 1 to co-direct daily operations of an Integrated Community Supports apartment program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will supervise staff, coordinate budgets, and ensure licensing compliance, while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.

You will work with Program Managers ICS 1 and ICS 2, supporting program growth and adherence to Hammer & NER’s core values of Person-Centered, Relational,

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in social services or related field with at least one year of full-time experience in developmental disabilities.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide co-supervisory oversight, guidance, and feedback to staff.
• Manage program operations and serve as primary supervisor in HRIS.
• Coordinate budgeting, staffing, and licensing readiness.
• Deliver training and performance reviews; ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain required documentation and incident reporting.
