Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative/managerial experience with behavioral health.
  • Experience supervising staff and coordinating residential programs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee residence staff; hire, train, evaluate and terminate as needed.
  • Ensure services align with program plans and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with nursing/clinical teams on medication and appointments.
  • Maintain documentation for billing, logs, and KPI data monthly.
  • Monitor budgets, payroll overtime, and purchasing to approved budgets.
  • Conduct staff meetings, performance evaluations, and in-house training.
