Job summary

SCO Family of Services is seeking a growth-minded leader to oversee residential program operations, ensuring high-quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will supervise assistants, manage staffing, and ensure adherence to regulatory and agency standards.

The role requires strong administrative skills, collaboration with clinical teams, and a commitment to person-centered plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in a residential or treatment setting.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative/managerial experience with individuals with behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations and staffing under the Program Coordinator.
• Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams for health monitoring and medical appointments.
• Ensure compliance with OPWDD and agency policies and maintain required documentation.
