Job summary

Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health is seeking a Residential Program Manager to design and manage all aspects of our residential facility operations in line with state and Joint Commission standards. Reporting to the Program Director, you will lead day-to-day operations, develop systems, manage the annual budget, and ensure high-quality patient care.

You will facilitate weekly staff meetings, audit documentation, and collaborate with families and treatment facilities to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in the mental health field; residential experience preferred.
• 2 years or more of supervisory experience required.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certification and driving record of 3 or fewer points.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage all residential facility operations in line with standards.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and audit documentation.
• Ensure program and staff compliance with regulatory standards and community standards of care.
• Coordinate with families and multi-disciplinary team members for patients in treatment.
• Assist with recruitment, training and qualifying of staff, contractors, practicum students, and interns.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with patients and referral sources, and represent Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health in the community.
• Evaluate Joint Commission standards of practice and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Oversee insurance compliance and clinical programming requirements.
• Develop weekly and monthly schedules for programming.
• Provide support on performance measurement and outcome evaluation.
