• Ensure 24-hour staff coverage and on-call coverage after hours.
• Oversee schedules for meals, housekeeping, maintenance, activities, and staff allocation.
• Coordinate medical, psychological, and psychiatric appointments as needed and monitor resident medications.
• Provide case management and social training activities; manage resident spending and budget adherence.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and Medicaid/provider manuals.
