Qualifications

• Current First Aid/CPR certification and CA Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential operations ensuring safety and therapeutic integrity.
• Lead and train a team of Psychiatric Technicians.
• Conduct tours, admissions, and family communication.
• Ensure licensing compliance and audit‑ready documentation.

Skills

Leadership experience in residential behavioral health

Knowledge of ARF operations and DSS licensing requirements

First Aid/CPR certification

Education
