Job summary

Grafton Integrated Health Network seeks an Assistant Residential Administrator to lead and support a high-impact team serving children and adolescents with IDD and mental health needs in residential programs. Under limited supervision, you assist the Residential Administrator in daily operations, staff leadership, and ensuring quality services.

The role schedules Tuesday–Saturday, 2pm–10pm, with a compensation range of $71,760 to $106,080 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or related field.
• Six years of professional experience with children in residential/educational/behavioral health settings (HS/GED alternative).
• One year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residential Administrator in oversight and management of assigned residential programs to ensure safe, effective, and person-centered services.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to residential managers, supervisors, and other staff; conduct regular supervision meetings.
• Monitor daily program operations and address staffing, client care, scheduling, transportation, facility, and regulatory issues.
