Job summary

Grafton Integrated Health Network is seeking a Program Support Supervisor I. This on-site role focuses on ensuring staffing coverage, crisis response, and accurate incident documentation across a regional shift. You will coordinate substitutes, manage emergencies, and support daily operations under supervision.

The position emphasizes teamwork with educators, clinicians, and staff, offering benefits and growth opportunities within a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services and 1 year of professional experience performing administrative duties and/or responding to incidents and providing crisis interventions.
• Be a high school graduate or have a G.E.D. and 2 years of professional experience performing administrative duties and/or responding to incidents and providing crisis interventions.
• Requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-duty coordination activities including monitoring staff departures and directing staff during emergencies.
• Ensures adequate staffing coverage by assigning substitutes to programs and work sites.
• Provides first aid to injured staff and consumers; Oversees disposal of hazardous materials.
• Channels necessary information with program staff and supervisors.
• Reports and documents allegations of consumer neglect or abuse and any consumer suicidal statements, gestures, or attempts.
• Oversees crisis intervention strategies and ensures incidents are documented and reported properly.
• Coordinates the use of Grafton vehicles and administers medications in the absence of a nurse.
• Prepares documentation for shift activities including logs, payroll, attendance and leave records.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services

GED or better
