Job summary

Grafton Integrated Health Network is seeking a Residential Instructor for the Children’s Services program in Winchester, VA. The role involves direct care, implementing treatment plans, and supervising clients in the adolescent population.

Evening and weekend availability are required, with PRN options based on schedule. You will work within a collaborative Treatment Team, promoting positive behavioral goals, documenting progress, and ensuring safety and wellness of clients in a structured

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with six months of direct care experience or an Associates/Bachelors as specified.
• Associates degree with three months of direct care experience or a Bachelor's in Human Services.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Moderate computer skills including logging in and basic document handling.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the health, safety and wellness of Clients.
• Follows and implements treatment plans including IEP/ISP goals.
• Collaborates with the Treatment Team for continuity of support.
• Documents services delivered and client progress timely and accurately.
• Manages behavioral crisis safely and maintains engagement throughout shifts.
• Oversees site management including housekeeping, nutrition and transport.
• Assists with purchases and handles program and client funds.
