Creative Works in Scarborough, ME is hiring a full-time Residential Administrator to oversee one of our residential programs. The role ensures day-to-day operations, quality services, and regulatory compliance, while training staff and maintaining schedules.

You will support residents, coordinate IPP plans, and manage documentation; must hold a HS diploma, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and supervisory experience. Competitive benefits accompany a $23/hour pay rate.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Direct Support experience or related field preferred.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic math skills sufficient for job duties.
• Willingness to obtain required trainings (e.g., DSP, CPR/FA, CRMA, Welle).

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality care to participants with respect for rights and dignity.
• Support daily interactions promoting positivity and respect.
• Train and supervise new staff; manage staff schedules.
• Act as role model with attendance, accountability and work ethic.
• Provide feedback and assist with performance evaluations.
• Coordinate IPP planning meetings and support residents per plan.
• Schedule coverage for programs and maintain admin duties.
• Ensure compliance with ethics and regulations; document accurately.
• Communicate with participants, families, guardians, and staff.
• Complete reports and coordinate with the Business Office.
• Assist with service planning meetings and guardians/case worker coordination.
• Manage timecards and payroll-related tasks in Attendance on Demand.
• Be on-call as needed and assist staff as required.
• Transport participants using personal vehicle when needed.
