Merakey is seeking a Program Lead to oversee day-to-day operations of designated services within the division. You will coordinate program activities, manage a caseload, and serve as the on-shift lead with the Program Manager.

Responsibilities include staff guidance, scheduling, direct care tasks (ADL, meals, supervision), medication administration, incident management, and ensuring safety and compliance. Merakey offers a comprehensive benefits package and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 total years of experience in human services residential setting.
• Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within first year if required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead staff and point person during shifts.
• Prepare and manage house schedules with Program Manager.
• Direct care duties including ADLs, meals, and supervision requirements.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage household needs: menu, groceries, housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of the home.
