Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in McKees Rocks, PA to oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure high-quality services for participants. The role may manage a caseload, coordinating activities with the Program Manager and supervising staff on shift.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepare and manage house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Direct Care tasks including ADLs, meal prep/feeding, supervision requirements.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Handle household needs: menu development, groceries, housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of assigned home; cleanliness and repairs.
