Merakey is seeking a Program Lead to oversee daily operations of a residential program. You will coordinate activities, supervise staff, ensure client safety, and manage medication and incident response under the guidance of the Program Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead staff and point person on shift.
• Prepare and manage house schedules with Program Manager.
• Direct Care responsibilities including ADL's, meals, supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage household needs: menu development, groceries, housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of the home, including cleanliness and repairs.
