Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead to oversee day-to-day operations within the designated division, coordinating activities and ensuring high-quality services to program participants. The role may manage a caseload and reports to the Program Manager.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepares and manages house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Direct Care responsibilities including ADLs, meals, supervising residents.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident Management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manages all household needs including menu development, groceries, housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of assigned home; daily maintenance tasks.
