Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in the United States to oversee day-to-day management of assigned programs within the division. You will coordinate activities, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services for participants, potentially handling a caseload.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to prioritize, and make quick decisions under pressure; work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepares and manages house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Direct Care responsibilities to include ADL's, food preparation/feeding, maintaining supervision requirements.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident Management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manages all household needs including menu development, groceries, housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of assigned home.
