Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead to oversee daily operations and service delivery within a residential program. You will coordinate program activities, manage staff on shift, and ensure safety and quality of care for participants.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating schedules with the Program Manager, and handling direct care duties such as ADLs, meal support, and medication administration. You may also manage household operations and respond to emergencies following established

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepare and manage house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Direct Care responsibilities including ADLs, food prep/feeding, and supervising requirements.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage household needs including menu development, shopping, and housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of assigned home, including cleaning and repairs.
