Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one‑year experience in residential services for adults.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents wellbeing and facility safety.
• Perform clerical, customer service, and janitorial tasks.
• Assist Operations Manager with upkeep, preventive maintenance, and meals when needed.
• Provide on‑call support and shift turnover.
• Report resident disputes and concerns via Shift Reports.
