Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer office telephone in a courteous and professional manner.
• Issue and initial receipts for donations received.
• Report problems in writing to Director.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of clients’ information.
• Ensure residents abide by house rules and enforce curfew hours and house schedule.
• Maintain time log of activities and conduct rounds to monitor safety.
• Make announcements regarding programs and services available.
