Job summary

The Mental Health Association (MHA) in Massachusetts is seeking a Residential Program Supervisor to lead and support residential staff, promoting independence and community integration for participants. You will model person-centered planning, supervise documentation, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while coordinating with clinical teams and families.

Open shift is Monday–Friday 9am-5pm with 40 hours; pay rate is $52,000–$54,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
• MAP, CPR and First Aid certifications required and maintained.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, train, and support residential staff for autonomy and policy compliance.
• Engage residents in daily activities and monitor wellbeing.
• Lead supervision meetings, track attendance, and document outcomes.
• Oversee records, reports, and program documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Respond to medical/psychiatric emergencies and notify leadership as needed.
• Coordinate communication among nursing, DDS, clinical teams, families, and providers.
• Manage timesheets, on-call duties, and staffing in collaboration with HR.
• Oversee budgets and participant funds; ensure safety and human rights training.
