Job summary

MHA (Mental Health Association) is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the Supportive Housing outreach team, guiding staff, supervising service delivery, and ensuring regulatory compliance in partnership with the Program Director. The Division of Supportive Housing emphasis is on wraparound supports and community integration.

Based in Massachusetts, the role oversees 5–10 staff, supports participants toward independence, coordinates with health providers, and participates in after-hours

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of program participants.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee program services such as assessments, treatment plans, crisis interventions.
• Ensure all participant files and records are accurate and compliant.
• Prepare progress reports and HMIS documentation.
• Directly supervise 5-10 staff, enforcing policies.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain staffing levels to minimize overtime and meet contracts.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to address health needs.
• Lead regular supervision sessions and team meetings.
• Partner with Housing Specialist to support moves and checklists.
• Represent the program in community provider meetings.
• Attend required trainings and participate in on-call rotation.
