Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; human service field preferred for advanced roles.
• Five years’ experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities; supervision preferred.
• Must be able to independently solve problems and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and EHR systems.
• Strong customer interaction, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential staff and ensure assigned duties and routines are followed.
• Direct staff in program development, implementation, and evaluation based on individual needs.
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulations and agency policies.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and vehicle arrangements for medical appointments.
• Utilize electronic health records to record census and related data.
• Provide written staff evaluations and support disciplinary actions when needed.
• Lead meetings, trainings, and ongoing education activities for staff.
