Responsibilities

• Monitor smooth day-to-day operations.
• Implement and maintain systems for continuous quality improvement.
• Assess, coordinate, and implement direct support service needs of clients.
• Participate in hiring, training, and ongoing supervision and evaluation of staff.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, funding, and accrediting bodies.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and partner service providers.
